I'm wanting if the people who have played Oblivion so far consider it one of those games that worth buying a game consel for (ex.Halo 2 for X-box). I only ask because I loved Morrowind and I have a birthday coming up. I want to sell my old X-box and get a 360 and Oblivion however I don't want to go through all this trouble to get Oblivion if it isn't worth it. So is it?
Thanks

It's a good game, with plenty to do: lots of quests, excellent realworld physics, and gorgeous views. That said, I really think there are severe issues of balance to gameplay that need to be redressed, and I expect that to happen in the form of player-designed mods.
So I would suggest playing the game--but on a PC, where user-mods can be used.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
I think it's different for everybody, this game is why I got the 360, and the reason I preordered the system last May. I love Morrowind and I had know dought in my mind that I would love Oblivion. Beautiful graphics, great physic, hundreds of quest that will keep the game in your system for at least a year. There is just so much to do, and IMO it is all done very well. Yes, the game does have problems in some areas, but nothing that's worth noting other then some minor loading issues. So if you ask me, and you like these type of games I would say YES! this game is worth getting an Xbox 360, or PC.
