Nocturnal Shrine (SPOILER)

Just NNE of Leyawiin is the Nocturnal Shrine. As with most shrines you get a lvl 10+ quest. The Shrine wants me to find its eye. 2 Argonian Thieves have stolen it, and I have to get it back.

Does anybody have any idea where the thieves are? Because I want the lockpick reward from the quest.
