the two bottles of wine found in a crypt near the beginning of the game, anyone know where to trigger the next step of the quest? I have the quest, but no marker to hint me where should I go to proceed this quest, so any one have any clue? TIA.

I second this question. I got the feeling it might have been that guy in the Lord's Arms or Count's Arms or whatever that place was in Anvil... It said he collects wine. But I never got an option to mention anything.

I talked to that guy too, Wilbur, no options. I guess I may have to sell the wine to get attention, but without any indication, I may sell it to a wrong person, so I won't try that. I have mistakenly sold the Cyrodilic Brandy for another quest, and was searching like mad all over the world to find the guy I sold it to, or trying to get anothere one, in the end I ended up using cheat to put one in my inventory.

Well, one of the first quests I took was one from Nerussa at the Wawnet Inn, just east from the bridge to Imperial City. She wants you to go look for 6 bottles of Shadowbanish wine, which can be found at some of the forts. Up untill now I only discovered 2 bottles somewhere in a fort around Imperial City. It is not my priority right now but I guess I will run into some more bottles some day.

The place where you need to sell the Shadowbanish Wine is right outside Imperial City, across the bridge. It's an Inn.
