Why does people start attacking me after i've done Meldanen's Estate?

I'm playing a chaotic evil character. After I did Meldanen's Estate in Blacklake district everybody (including townwatch, civilians) started attacking me. I killed samuel in the estate but only after he attacked me (I said i would kill him) and I killed the half-orc guard as well as the dryad and Meldanen. Who can't you kill or is it just a bug?

its not because you killed meldanen, the half-orc or the guards to the entrance to meldanen's estate as i always kill those. i've never killed the dryad or samuel though, i always let them go so you could maybe try not killing those and see if it works. if it still doesn't then its a bug. also, check your game is fully patched using the update function on the opening menu screen as this may fix it if it is a bug.

I updated the game to the latest version and did the mission again. That solved the problem. Thanx man!
