Yes but I recognize myself by default, this about being recognized by others. It also helps that I just don't really care that much about being recognized by you lot anyways, no offense

I was fairly certain CM made it clear in the original thread that you couldn't vote for yourself, so my apologies if I assumed people wouldn't do so. No offense intended.

Self-confidence and arrogance are different things separated by a fine line, you know. And I'm not accusing you of being arrogant, I'm just saying it leans in that direction in my view.

In such a case I'd abstain, of course. And that would fall under the same freedom of choice as you link to voting for yourself.

You all are turning the awards into some mysteriously important event with arguments bordering on serious philosophical thought! Take it somewhere else! This is my chance to throw fruit at people, and bribe BS with Turkey to cook a newb day!

Hey, I'm not getting into an argument, it was a declaration of fact. If my shot of fruit launching, BS bribing, noob roasting fun is ruined...I will be sorely dissapointed.

Heck, I got Fas twisted on cream soda last year, and found the golden speedo! You can't take that away from me!

What leans in what direction in whos view? Arrogance? Talk to my friend 'B' if you need a real prick. I'm just a sneak peak at pompousness stubbornness or arrogance. And you don't know me well enough to call me confident, arrogant, or whatever. What I was saying was there is no problem voting for yourself if you believe in the choice. Why would one abstain from voting? Because one has not opinionated her/himself enough security to believe you can make a difference. If that makes any sense, I don't know, and I don't really care.

*nods* The "I don't care argument" is quite hard to combat, and I must give you props on an excellent choice.

We weren't calling you arrogant but, I'm sorry, 'I am great at this; everyone, look how <bleeping> great I am' just sounds... Well if not arrogant than at least... No, just arrogant. Oh, and please don't get started on the concept of not voting being cowardly: it's every bit as much an excercise of free-speech as you chosing to vote for yourself, which you've defended furiously up to this point. You can take the mantle of hypocrite if you want, you'll find it placed directly on You're Right.
