Dont listen to them fiona, its a conspiracy! They just want to take all the chocalte for them selves, go get some whiskey, a lighter and a few oiled rags, maybe a bitch fork, an attack dog, or lemon, and revolt! Eat that chocolate likes theres no tomorow!

hoarding=wasting unless you keep it in a cool place, we dont want to have chocolate paste, only chocolate bars.

Last week I spent $15 on chocolate. Not to mention that almost every day at work my friend gives me a helping of...you guessed it, chocolate.

I've always thought Americans used it to mean "what is going on". But it means "What is wrong" as I use it. So your use here may well be American, but the phrase is commonly used the other way, at least where I live. It would jar to use it the other way
