Playing cricket yesterday. I was annoying the bowler by staring him down, so he bowled a rather fast one, which I misqued my shot, and took it right on my finger.
It'll be okay in a day or two though.
So how are you going Fiona?

Sounds like you had a good time.
We just had our national country music festival happen last week (it was Thursday).
It's famous, and it's invite only, the winners receive certain prizes etc.
My cousin entered, ended up coming second in one of the divisions, but apparently most of the people there said she deserved to win. It was basically because she was singing her own music, instead of old classics, that tipped the balance away from her.

Not really, I played the piano, until we moved and I didn't have a teacher. Then played the flute... until it suddenly broke just before an end of year performance. After that it was never the same, so I stopped playing.
What about you?

Ahh well, though I believe anyone can learn an instrument, I mean sure, having long fingers help with a piano, a good ear with anything, good breathing for blowing instruments, etc., but I think anyone can learn it.
Have you ever tried, or did you just never get around to it?
