playing over the internet

I experience a weird thing when I try to create an accout for playing Arcanum online. whatever login name I enter, it says "accout already exists". I've tried almost every name I could think of, but still no result. note that I have an original game so I can't see where's the problem . I'd appreciate any help

I had the same problem, so i downloaded the Sierra Accound wizard from http://www.won.net/.
