Changing skin color of the playable chars

Can some of the experienced hex programers PLEASE help me ?? I would want to change my elf skin color...to be black ( like drow ) ...I have hex editor but I dont know where to look for changing that or how to do it...can someone please please help?

You don't need a hex editor for that, just an image editor.

The characters images are in
C:\Program Files\Dungeon Lords\grn_texture\pcef (for Elf Female)
and
C:\Program Files\Dungeon Lords\grn_texture\pcem (for Elf Male)

The images are in .bmp format and I would recommend any image editing program EXCEPT MSPaint.

There are some free ones out there, but I don't know what or where they are.
I use Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop myself.

yeah thx but I tried that already and I cant do that ( dont know ) ...can you PLEASE do that for me ( I know you probably wont but... ) ...
