Was it monks that could use keldorns armour? or was it Valygars armour they could use?

They can use keldorns armor (but they must have same stats as Keldorn or better, and same alignment (I think?)).

u dont need the same alignment, just keldorn's stats.
say if u donot meet the wisdom of keldorn(16) u can just drink a potion of insight and wear it.
its gonna stay there until u take it off. u cannot use the stealth ability when equipped.
