check the "Jaheira Romance - Spoiler's Galore" thread here for the best delineated theory about this difficult and buggy story line. As mentioned, it might not be 100% true, but it kicked mine back into action.

Yes, as a junior member I'm sure all the...what, 2 or 3 times you may have posted it must have been emotionally crippling. Why not just answer his question instead of directing him elsewhere?
Quitch: all Jaheira romance dialogues work on real time. Some either require resting or have locational prerequisites as well, meaning you'll want to be in a forest, i.e. Temple Ruins or the Druid Grove. The only way to trigger the "dawning of our day" dialogue is to rest in a forest when it's time for a new dialogue to come up. So leave the game on pause for an hour to make sure enough time has passed since the last dialogue, then rest in the woods. If you still don't get it, it's because your script is screwed up and you're just out of luck. Contrary to popular belief, Jaheira's script can lock up at pretty much any time for about a million different reasons...killing Dermin too soon is just the most common one. It's quite likely that your script is screwed up for another reason entirely, and if that's the case then the only advice I can offer is this: romance Viconia next time. Reloading a much earlier save and trying again may fix the problem, but more likely than not you'll end up repeatedly leaving the game on pause for an hour at a time only to get back to this point and have it STILL screwed up, which is unbelieveably annoying. So I can only suggest either starting a completely new game and being absurdly careful with Jaheira, starting a new game and picking a different girl, or continuing from where you are and forgetting about the romances. You could also try using CLUA codes to skip several romance dialogues (which means you miss some interesting conversation) and possibly get things back on track that way, however given how absurdly fragile Jaheira's scripts are it's doubtful that you'll be able to get that to work perfectly. If you decide to go that route, refer to the post suggested earlier, it has the step by step instructions to change your lovetalk rating. I don't particularly recommend it, though.
As always, with a thousand curses upon the moron that made her romance quests tied to her Harper quests, sincerely,
