Creaing items help

Im trying to learn how to make items/spell umm my two items don't work(invisablity boots and +2 attacks cloak) also where are the creeping doom in tn override file?

Item editing is not that hard once you get used to IEEP.
When creating an item with a special ability, look for an existing item with that ability and look how its coded.
eg: if u want ur boots to make you invisible when you wear em, look how the staff of the magi works and simply copy it =)
Thats an easy way to get into item creating.

All items and spells are packed in bif files, u need to extract em with the bif-tool.

I use Shadow Keeper to extract the items.

Oh, and I frogot: what's the problem with the items? Maybe you haven't checked the "Droppable" box.
