Saving Games

Post by MemnochTD »

Maybe I am a moron, but I cant figure out how to save "multiple" games. Everytime I go to save it only gives me the option to save over the previous save. How do I save in multiple areas?...thanks to any who can help.

You should have 10 empty boxes - 5 on the left and 5 on the right - at the save screen. The game will highlight the last saved game by default. All you need to do is click on one of the other boxes and type in a name for the save. ;)

You stare upon the perch,
The sight forces your somach's lurch.
The sight you see,
Is Death glaring back at thee.
You gave it a hum,
You let it run,
Now all you see,
Is the mirror that bleeds.

Damnit, meant cynical. Cynical -> Believing or showing the belief that people are motivated chiefly by base or selfish concerns; skeptical of the motives of others . Worldy was a typo, forgot the L ;p

Its to the point where "aint" is an acceptable term. Ludicrous in my opinion, but people say it. Not much I can do about it short of correcting them when they say it... or shoot them in the leg...

I Hope To Figure This Game Out Too!
Thanks!!!!! And I am 39 yo....Maybe Ill figure this game out at 40
I am hopring to figure this game out and find it bug free by the time I'm
65 and I am 57 now. I would teach you English and how to use it but
my problem is the keys keep moving and I have to correct my typing
:) .

There are plenty of people whose first language is not English and they
do a pretty good job in their posts. Kudos to them!

I am starting a new post on weapons and the game balance I hope you
all find the time to read it. That includes any code hackers as I haven't
done much with hexadecimal in 27 years and I am looking for the stats on
all weapons and bows to see if they can be improved. I still remember
the basics of working with HEX after all these years which means I have
not suffered from brain death yet ( lol ).

I am wondering if they really wrote this game or not at times.

Enjoy it as it I doubt it will get much better! I was playing with one hero
but I now have two and there is no difference in the ability to hit the enemy
with my modified copy of my original character. The poor hero #2 can't
hit the enemy any better than my original character. I would have thought
that he would have obliteratated them since I have frozen his level at 12.

I feel the slow creeping of the Grim Reaper closing as time passes but he
can kiss my ass as I refuse to allow him admittance until this game is
completely finished and balanced when playing hard/many enemies with
weapon and the ability to hit them perfected. I hate to have to resort
to using magic so much when I am surrounded by 30 enemies. Please
let me hit someone after 50 swings as my finger is developing a hump.

My old English teacher would have had me after school for the sentence
above until I corrected it so it was not just one long sentence. She was
a Nun and a good teacher.

I do believe that they still have to give us a second version of our map
that would allow us to see the whole map so we can see where we have
not been. I can't beleive they expect any decent hero to leave any
monster still alive.

No, actually I wouldn't consider myself a city person. I love nature, despise civilization hehe. I think humanity today, has grown too far from nature. Embrace the beast within, or be devoured from within.

That's because we have far, far too much humanity on this lil 'ol planet of ours. And most of them can't agree on which side of the road to drive on, let alone living in harmony with nature and each other. Sad, really.

Yes, it is sad. But, Im pretty sure something will happen in order for nature to survive.
