I just got off the leviathan (where bastila sacrifices herself) and shot down the ships, however when jolee asks about bastila and carth says that she sacrificed herself for us, the game just freezes, it just shows carths face moving around...how can i solve this problem? Do you think it will work with another copy of the game?...thanks for any help you could provide

What version of the game do you have and if it is computer, do you have all the patches?

when i get to a freeze and it happens i go back to the last save and try todo things a little different that helps me.

Who did you have rescue Bastila, Carth, and your character in the detention block? Like, who did you play as?

i tried everything, i even went back to my last save and re-did it over like 10 times, but it still freezes. Do you guys think if i borrow my friends copy i will be able to finish the game (cause i really LOVE this game and REALLY want to beat it.

You might try using Jolee to rescue your friends in the detention block. I don't know how this would help, but I used Jolee, and I didn't have any problems. You never know, maybe it will work.

Have you tried saving at another point before the freeze and loading from that?
That sometimes fixes these kind of problems.

You could just start over whilst its fresh in ur mind, so it wouldn't take to long.

alright, i'll just start over, and now i know exactly what to do, so there wont be hours of just walking around like an idiot.

Don't restart! It happened to me, too. I just waited a couple minutes and it all went away. By the way: You're gonna need to get ready for a ship-shootin' minigame.

@ the sandman. This has happened to me repeatedly. I have waited for an hour before and nothing happened. So Id restart anyways...you seem to be the only one ive read so far who can get the game under control.
