Cannot get Dialogue with HJOLLDER (SPOILERS)

So, I'm at the burial isle, and I have WYLFDEYNES Symbol and I am trying to talk to HJOLDERR and the only dialogue option i get is "I need to talk to the Islands Spiritual Leaders to find more out"

Is there something im missing? I've cleared out EVERYTHING on the top level, and EVERYTHING (twice) on the bottom level... How can I get this dialog to happen?

Very strange. According to what I remember, Wylfdene's Symbol is all that's needed. And you're talking to Hjollder on the island at the top left of the map...

The only advice I can give is to be ultra, ultra sure you have cleared everything on top and bottom, and that you are sure you have the Symbol. Maybe give it to the person who is talking to him? It shouldn't matter, but I'm grasping at straws for a solution.

I killed the spiritual Leaders on the left that tell you that the Spirits are acting wierd.. which triggers you finding wolfdeynes symbol, before they told me this information, and so it caused problems.

anywho, i just cheated my way back to kuldahar and am continuing through lower dorns deep.. my solo fighter/mage is absolutely AMAZING.
