problem with initiation quest

i want to collect heraldry as much as possible so i take more than 2 initiation quests 1 fighter < deliver sword - not finish >
2 adept < place a candle - already place it , but still not return to become adept and i have a grey adept icon instead of color one >
3 rouge < custard mansion - kill both headless male and spectre female , but cannot open chest in a final room i suspect there is a treasure map inside , but game prevent me from doing more than 2 initiation quests so i cannot open it and there is no disarm trap/bash option too >

what is your opinion / advise please tell me thanks

That chest doesn't open in custards mansion. D

btw more question

1 i just deliver treasure map to deliah < female shop owner in slum > she thanks me give me 2000 , but no heraldry bonus and no acceptance into rouge guild after that i talk to her again she said pay 500 and now i'm a member of rouge < may be somekind of not-so-special member because no question about class ascension > then she give me a quest to deliver this treasure to someone in skulldonn . does this mean i can do all quest for other guilds i'm not a member and still get a reward , but no heraldry and class right ??

You should only be able to do quests for two guilds, but perhaps something changed in the patch.
