Anyone know if the double damage from the Crude-Handled chunk of oak stacks with the doulbe damage from the polished scale-Hide snakeskin boots?
Also, are all the bonuses on the snakeskin boots vs. reptiles only?

Been a While
It's been about a year since I played it but I do seem to remember that some double damage items do stack. And I believe the boots and club did so. I "loved" that club!!! My ranger used it almost until the very end. Although it was not as high a plus item as some other weapons, my ranger with his strength plus other bonus stuff was doing massive damage every time he hit (in the neighborhood of a minimum of 20 to maybe max of 40). Better damage than anything else he could use (until near the end).
I also seem to remember that the Snakeskin boots were indeed only effective vs. reptillians. But there are certainly enough of those in the game to warrant keeping them in the inventory and switching into them when you get to an area where they hang out.
