Q on Fighting Stiles (Spoilerish)

O.k, you know the Different Fighting Styles you get, like Shi Cho, I don;t know if thats the exact name Fighting Stiles, but do they have any Bonuses if you are narrmed? Or just Unarmed Specialist?

Considering that those 7 "fighting styles" are actualy called Lightsaber forms, I'd say that they are usefull only if you use Lightsaber as your weapon (at least that is how they work in P'n'P game).
