You need three fragments of speech recorded with the Sonic Imprint Sensor. As long as you have the Sensor in your inventory, then the relevant conversation/console options will have a [Sonic Imprint Sensor] prefix.
Spoiler: Highlight to read.
The first is from the Maintenance Officer's logs which are available from the his console, near the the turbolift to the Administration level and the airlock.
The second is from the Security Officers's logs which are available from his console near the emergency hatch to the Peragus mining tunnels and the storage room where you first found the stealth belt.
The third is from the HK-50 droid himself. Ask him about the body of the Maintenance Officer on the floor in the room where you first encountered the HK.
Each of these is worth 50 XP. For an additional 200 XP, you can trick HK into mimicking the Maintenance Officer's voice and giving you the entire code after you have spoken to him about his final words.
Then return to the maintenance console and use the code.

"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.
