Well, this is confusing
In the beginning of the game, I come to the part on Telos with Slusk, but when I'm about to attack his droids in his room, the door closes and locks. Is this a glitch in the game?

No, nothing comes out. He says some random stuff (stop that, ect.), then the door closes and locks with all of them inside, and all my guys outside.

Beating the two droids is the trigger for the doors to re-open and the confrontation with Lopak.
Sometimes (you may have noticed this), the scripting engine goes ever so slightly wrong, usually after an extended period of consecutive play. This is one of those times. Time to reload an earlier savegame and play through again...
