Lord of the DeArnise Hold - Question

I am now the Lord and I wanted to know if it was safe for me to store things I don't want to carry around in the chests inside, or if they will disappear, thanks in advance,

Yes, it is safe to store your stuff their if you have it as your stronghold.

You can store items you do not use, in any container in the game, just remember where the container is. (of course, do not use containers in areas you will not be able to enter again during the game, like Irenicus dungeon (1) or spellhold, the underdark etc.)
