after leaving onderon
after completing some of the quests on onderon, i was able to have a meeting with the local jedi, however, he split and said he would contact me. with that being said i decided i should leave the planet without him and wait for contact, however, know its in political turmol and i can't get back and complete some of the missions. it was the last planet on my list, all the others are completed, except for duxn, with shows the zekkegg mission, but no discription. im pretty sure thats completed. so know im stumped, has anyone had this before?

Leaving Onderon to last doesn't mean you are screwed, but it does spoil the flow a bit.
What should happen is that as soon as you return to the Hawk, T3-M4 will give you a message from Kelborn to return to the Mandalorian camp. Has this not happened? Or haven't you got that far yet?

haven't not gotten the message
Sweet double negative
i did return to find sith everywhere, so they were taken care off
You found some Sith in the Mandalorian camp after returning from Onderon?
Sounds a little like the Sith Assassin attack before leaving Dxun for Onderon crapped out. I have heard of people having problems with leaving for Onderon before this fight is properly resolved and having trouble on their return. I haven't experienced it myself, but it may be your problem.
Some event - probably this one - is still marked as being incomplete, so that the T3-M4 cutscene condition check on returning to the Hawk doesn't fire.
It may be possible to fix with some skill with the KSE , but the simple approach would be to return to a save game before the Sith Assassin attack (as the likely point where it all started to go wrong) and play through again.
