NWN Chapter 1: Ceremonial Arrow (Spoiler)
Can someone please give me a clue as to where to find the ceremonial arrow? Is it found in chapter 1? It is the arrow needed to open one of the tombs.

You can find the arrow in the crypt under a house in the Peninsula District. You must have the quest active however. The Dwarf there will only let you take the arrow and the other items from the chest if you got the quest from Oleff.
