saving my character

Please help, I can't save my character. when i click on save character the game frieses my computer and I have to end it by Ctrl/alt/del
i try to reinstall my game but it still does the same thing. The character is a character from the game itself, i did not import her

Did you try installing the most recent patch?

Sorry, I know this won't be constructive at all but I have absolutely no clue why that's happening. Are your disks in good shape? If they were scratched it might be installing oddly and that could cause your problem.

jip, my disk has no scratches on it and i have memmory available
