Where is the demilich?

I found the sucka once, then went back to a saved game before and forgot where he was. Help appreciated.

Well, first off. Is this in SoA, or in ToB. In SoA, the only Demilich I can think of is Kangaxx, and he's in a house in the Docks. In ToB, I'm pretty sure he's in Watchers Keep, on the same level as Lum The mads machine.
