It's really easy. all you have to do is on nar shaddaa, do the speeder sidequest and use baodur also make sure to thank him. on dantooine talk to saedhe who is right next to the crashed speederbike in koonda. then go to the crystal cave and you'll find a ceramic jar called rubble or something and baodur must be with you. retrieve the rubble and you'll find a atmosheric sensor thing and baodur will talk something and choose the option to let baodur examine the sensor after that thank him and you'll gain influence. Make sure to talk to him in various places just incase a different subject comes up between you and baodur. Next on dxun go to the mandal-camp and trigger the missing mandalorian quest where you have to find kumus who is on a cliff surrounded by bomas. kill the bomas and say it was your pleasure to help and bla bla bla. If you have baodur with you he says something and talk to him afterwords. that is your chance to train him if you can't do it then tell me.
