SPOILER - Stuck on Ravager during Endgame

I can't create the 4th proton charge. I've already killled Nihilus and I'm paranoid that the game can't handle that fact - I'm in the missile control bay but all it says is that I need to find a console to override the missile bay - I've run around this ship so much but I still can't find a console and if I try to use the workbench to create a charge there is no option to do so

is there any way of spawning one or am I being a complete smacktard?

If you're facing the missle bay with the door behind you, the console is on the wall to your left.

yeah ya gotta screw around with the console that Darth Clayaken mentioned then go to the missile behind u 2 get the charge.
