For Christmas, I ended up getting a Playstation 2. When my technically proficient younger brother hooked it up, he used the old monitor hook-up for my PS1.
Now, exerything I have with it is COMPLETELY legal, and PS1 games run miraculously on it. However, the PS2 game I have won't work anymore. It played for the first day I tried it, but now, if I try to play it, my PS2 reads the disc, but won't play the game itself.
Could the fact that I have it hooked up to a monitor and not an actual TV set be the problem? I suggested that to my brother, but he acts like he claims I do at other times - oblivious or ignorant, and claiming there's something else that's wrong. If my prediction is correct, then maybe he and I will see who's the real genius there.
So, any thoughts?
