I have tried time and time again to get Chiron to send me down the river in the aqueducts. When I do talk to him he tells me about the men passing by and when I ask him to take me he says he cannot leave his post. He says he can send me and when I say do it says merrily you are on your way and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?? Is there a glitch in the system??
Please help someone

It means that the text of the post is in the colour Black, the same as the background colour. You have to highlight the text to read it. This means if you want to avoid the spoiler, you can.
If Chiron is not sending you down the river, try and make sure you have all the information about the pirates before trying to go down there. He won't send you unless you have spoken to the girlfriend of the pirate chief.
