First you should return to Temple of Lolth and hire either Valen (weapon master) or Nathyrra (mage/assasin) since you can have two henchmen in HotU and you have only one.
As for swords Cold Iron Blade deals aditional d6 of cold dmg which is useless against undead (they are imune to cold) and if my memory serves me Enseric deals aditional d8 of negative energy dmg which may actually heal undead creatures.
I'm not sure if there is better sword, but in City Core you can find smith who can boost abilities of your existing weapon (higher attack/dmg bonus, elemental dmg, keen ability, regeneration etc.) for reasonable amount of gold.
For actual battle I suggest you put your Pal/CoT Smite Evil & Divine Wrath ability to good use. You should also cast either Bless Weapon (+1 to attack and 2d6 dmg against undead) or Holly Sword (make your sword in Holly Avenger) on all combatants and Magic Circle against Allighment (Evil) prior to battle (all those spells are on your Paladin Spell List).
Hope this will help.

AFAIK, Nathyrra has a rapier called Undead killer or something. I tihink it does 1d10 positive damage against undead and has 5 enchantment. You could allways enchant it further before you attack the lich.

Unless you're a rogue you won't be able to enchant that sword of Nathyrra's any further. It's only useable by Rogue.
Don't Paladin's have healing spells? If so cast them on him. Healing spells damage undead creatures just like negative energy spells heal them. This battle is so easy with a cleric it's not even funny.
