Anomen's lost spell levels

After completing the Rune quest in the Bridge District, I noticed that my Anomen character(currently at level 13) lost all his spells above level 3. What happend? What can be done for Anomen to regain his upper level spells. I need them in the next battle against Kangaxx.

was he level drained? check your spell effects on the record screen if "energy drained" or "feebleminded" show up take appropriate cures. (check the manual)

you should be able to have him re-memorize his spells once he has "restoration" cast upon him.

Thanks for your reply. Will recheck Anomen's condition. However, I don't remember seeing any icons on his portrait showing any type of spell effects on him except for the magical protections granted by the items he was wearing.
