turns out it was the fsb, i dont see why that would effect it, but it does... so now the gameplay wont be quite as smooth, but at least it wont crash.... Whats weird tho is that i find that with a full install loading is just as fast as it is with a normal install which is a bit weird (this is after a defrag and format/reinstall)

Strangley ive never had problems with the movies tho :/
