Can anyone help me heart of winter does not run on my new pc using xp home any suggestion out there. Icewind dale and icewind dale 2 run ok

What do you mean "it doesn't run" its not a new game, its just an expansion for IWD1. - to access it, you have to go to Khaldur and enter one of the rooms.

in doing that you'll talk to some barbaran dude and if your a high enough level you will be sent to the how's main town
