to all the computer wiz of this forum i'm in trouble!!!!!help ok, folks I now have the most serious problem ever, and the most frustrated one as well, I am in the chamber with the two chest and the arrow , and there’s this door I need to open when the arrow point at it, BUT when I get in the room the game gets stuck , each and every time, and I get this massage "an error as occurred - send massage /don’t send" now, this is the 3rd chapter it took me a lot to get here , is there anything I can do, or am I forced to stop playing the game ,and to live my rest of my life thinking of the end of this chapter, I’m referring this question to all the computer wiz of this forum to help me with this major problem and to free me from my deep agony..

Do you have a quicksave or a save before you entered the area?
If you do, try loading it and see if the error message still are there.

You will have to toy around with the X and Y values a bit until you land in the room behind that bugged door.

could you run that by me again..but with more details this time?when i cheated before i had to go in the player.ini. folder and to put the codes there first code like givegold-or-givelevel,and it worked . when i tried the code you gave me it didnt worked with the change in the ini,and without it...now what do i do? was this really my last hope?

First: is your ini still changed?
Meaning, is it still set to
Single Player Enforce Legal Characters=0 ?
If so, then you don't have to change anything else in there.
This is the only line that you will really need to have in the ini if you want to cheat.

Second:
Load the game, go the chat line and type the commands that I wrote in my last post.
And I mean do it exactly.
WITH the ##s and letter by letter, CaPs by cAPs, space by space... of course hit "return" before typing the next line...

The only thing you need to try yourself is inserting the coordinate values for
"X" and "Y". Like "50" or "70" or "120" or some other number. I can't really tell you which numbers will bring you to the next room, but since the room is far on the top right of the map, try large numbers for both variables.

Note that you can't screw up your game this way - if you accidentally enter two coordinates that would "materialize" you inside a wall, the game will automatically choose the closest possible "normal" room part and send you there instead, so just keep trying. (type the middle line again and again, with varying values for X and Y)

The last command disables cheat mode again, so you'll probably want to wait with that one until you have succeeded with you current effort.

Also make sure you have the most up to date patch available (1.64 is now out). If you are getting the "send message now" that is a Windows XP error report - looks like your game is crashing to desktop.
