First time I play HotU as an evil character. Now I'm at the point where I have to open the gates for the Valsharess, but HOW?! They're locked and indestructable before the fight starts, and when the fights starts, they still got hitpoints as hell and my familiar refuses to lockpick them.
According to the walkthrough at this site (I've not tried it myself) you can should be able to bash the inner doors and you can use Alchemist Fire to breach the outer doors.
