Infinity.cpp? Please help!

I have Icewind dale on my computer and this always happens when I go in the cave that leads to lower dorns deep, I get a box that says," An assertion failed in infinity.cpp at line number 1763. Programmer says: Demand for wed file failed. "

I don't know what it means and I can't get into the cave. Can someone help me please?

Thanks for the link but the files aren't there. It doesn't matter anymore though, since I just downloaded a UK patch and it fixed the problem.

I have the same problem. I've tried re-installing a couple of times, and nothing has worked.
The link to the Yahoo! group isn't working, either.
Any other suggestions?

Edit: I've tried every patch known to man (including the UK one) and have come up with the same error message. Heeeeeelp?
