So I started a new game and am pretty much where I left off with the last one. I now have a quesition. Why don't I have Raise Dead as a special ability? I only have the other two (the healing one, and the talking to the dead one). I remember the Raise Dead ability being the first one I gained, but somehow I never gained it. Well now that I've done just about all there is to do in Sigil(that I know of) minus a few things; namely the Foundry, Siege Tower, and Undersigil I can get going where I left off with the last game that I wasn't too pleased with. I still wish I could finish the whole Silent King quest for Many-as-One. Maybe I'll just go slaughter the lot of them later, unless someone's got an alternative way for Stale Mary to tell you where that portal is after you've already been freed.
One more thing. The dialogue options aren't there for me to ask Hamrys about my tomb. Is there anything I can do about that?
new game... no more raise dead?

You get Raise Dead from Deionarra in the Mortuary.
The dialog path that leads to getting the Tomb Plans from Hamrys is when you ask him if he's seen your journal, which you can't do if that quest is already completed (it probably is). You can also get to it by learning from Sere the Skeptic in the Gathering Dust Bar that Hamrys' father is dead and then going to ask Hamrys about that.
