SoU: Item restrictions

In the loading hints from SoU, is states that to truly enjoy the new items, I should turn of the item/level restrictions.
How can I do that?

Wasn't level restriction removed on items in some patch?

Well - from what I can recall from my last time through SoU (or any other part of NwN), I didn't encounter any items with a level restriction.

I don't know if the hint also talks about class restrictions and similars, also however.

I think they mean that you find items that correspond with your level.
(you will find +1 items on lvl 5 but no +4 items)
