Well...
You have a base attack of 4 from your 4 levels as a fighter.
You have a base attack of 0 from your 1 level as a sorcerer
You have a base attak of 7 from your 10 levels as a RDD

That gives +11 in base attack for your first attack (and if I read right - you will have +11/+6/+1 totally.)
The same as a L11 figther.

The reason for this, is that base attack is cummulative, you need to add up all the base attack bonus from all your clases.

To see what different classes get in Base Attack Bonus per level, referer to the tables in the manuals.

aha, found the table for base attacks in the back of the HoTU manual. (you think they'd mention it in prestige descriptions)

But

fighter lvl 4 = +4
Sorc lvl 1 = +0
DDP Lvl10 = +7/+2

I would have thought that this would mean +11/+2 not +11/+6/+1 any explanation??

The game doesn't calculate the attacks using individual classes. It adds them to make +11 the divides to get the other attacks, otherwise the monk exploit wouldn't work.

Excellent, does that mean that an epic sorc gets another attack having +11?
How about a fighter with +21?

No. Once a character reaches epic levels he/she can no longer gain additional attacks (so pick your classes carefully). Also the character begins using 'epic progression' for its AB (check your manual).
