How do you get to the Twisted Runes?

How do you get there? Who offers you the battle, and what are the events leading up to it?

No other events lead into this, it's not an actual quest.... it's something you stumble upon if you're a bit too curious.... theres a door in the Bridge district ( check descriptions on the map at gamebanshees walkthrough )... the southern door on the house that has one of those nasty Liches in the basement. Its by the place where you find the guys in red who like to bury people alive ( graveyard quest ). Either you pick this door or you do a knock spell (maybe not a knock spell unless you got the magic liscence from the Gov. District ). if you're packing some rouge stones you'll get transported to the Twisted rune. Here you'll meet Shangalar and some other baddies that wants to mess... There's some nice loot, or theres one thing that really stands out, The Staff of The Magi (check stats on Gamebanshees Equip Page). I wouldnt recommend going to fight with these guys unless you're crew is around lvl 16 - 17 or higher, often after the Underdark....

Sorry You can´t join the Twisted Rune. thy are a busch of vampires and liches (thy even got a dracolich) bent im world domination.
There is a door in the Bridge District (Check the map on the gamebanshee for the location) open the door but you need a rogue stone in the inventory to be teleported there.( if you don´t got one nothing happens... well you some message) and this is a easter Egg in the game.
No one give you this quest.

Didn't even know that was the Twisted Rune. Been there, done that! Wasn't that a wicked battle? Seabass, have you beaten it yet? I think it's the BEST battle in the entire game!!! I beat them with a 11-13th level party, so you should have no problems. I did lose Krogan to an Imprisonment Spell, though.
