What else can you make in the laboratory besides gargoyle boots and the staff of power??

When you find tomes (like the ones you give in chapter two, to that merchant in starting town - can't remember her name).
They will contain information about such items.
There will also be other tomes, and wizards notes found around...

of the top of my head - I recall making a Melfs Acid Arrow ring, ring of regeneration, amulet of natural armour and many others...
