Neverwinter Nights is giving me some trouble that I cannot seem to resolve. I have been getting a C++ Runtime error when playing the game. In playing the game I have noticed flickering and some jumping. I do not have this problem with other games so I do not believe this to be an issue with my PC. I can recreate the error by queuing up actions. I will also receive the error (sometimes) when speaking to an NPC and there is fire or a light source in the background. I have updated all drivers and patches for each component on my PC. I have the latest NWN’s update V1.32. I have uninstalled and reinstalled NWN’s. It actually seems to be happening more since the V1.32 update. I am using the recommended 800/600 60HTZ for the display/refresh rate. I have also tried it at each higher level and no change. Can anyone help?

C++ runtime is kinda broad. Does it give any text in combination with it.?
Do you have any C++ programming frameworks installed?
edit: from your description - it does seem to be connected to your graphics, but it is a guess from your statement about the NPC/lighting.

I wish I had more to give you more I am at the office now. The error that comes up is just that error. I do not have any C++ programming installed. I will check my error log when I get home. If it is my video card it is an issue with just NWN. I have played other games to test that and they were fine.
