Small but Evil Problem

Post by Taco Magus »

alright..i gotta know if its normal for chakkua(sp?) and magus to tell me that they are not gonna travel with me after killing rats...it seems most things i do makes them unhappy. chakka told me that after i gave the to the gaurd from his girl on the blimp crash. i didnt think it was a bad to let some one know whats happend :/

Edit: how do i get around the mountain range?? its driving me crazy...i cant seem to do it  its prolly something simple too

I wonder if you've accidentally targeted one of your followers during battle. And you do have the patch, don't you? There was a bug that the patch fixed which caused followers to blame you occasionally when an enemy got in a hit.

As to the mountain, there is a pass that will let you through. It involves some tough fighting, at least for a young party. You get its location upon completing a quest; but if you try hugging the northern part of the mountain range very, very closely, you may be able to locate it.

Odd. The patch only repairs what's there. It shouldn't affect your video card, if the main program didn't.

You might try doing it again--the patch, I mean. If it screws things up a second time, I'd say you're correct. But the patch is too useful, fixing too many potentially game-halting bugs, to just simply ignore it because of one bad run, IMO. ;)

alright. magus is still being a lil punk. he was still yellin at me for killing anything.
i said "was" becuase i told everyone to "wait here" not leave the group. well when i went to follow. magus wouldnt. he tells me im to evil. even though my alignment meter is about 75% to the right *sigh* he even is showing like 47% neutral towards me

No, you lucked out. I never had a problem with that patch. ;)

Was your party out of sight, so they wouldn't view whatever you were doing that might lower your alignment? Have you considered buying one of those tuxes that gives a +20 to interactions? I find it helps greatly with characters like Magnus and Dante.
