Refreshing

Not a technical problem per se, but I just formatted my drive, reinstalled everything, and it's all fine... except my browser won't refresh the forums I use. Meaning I make a post, then click on the forum name above, and it used to refresh - but now it doesn't (doesn't show my post, or any other recent posts until I manually click refresh). Seems like something about cookies, but my cookie settings are exactly the same as they were before the format, and it's just not working. Is there anyone who could help me?

Everything seems fine here. Gotta make a new post instead of edit to be sure.

Figured it out now, no need to reply (can't delete the thread for some reason).
