Have you tried contacting bioware?

Try inserting CDs from SoA - perhaps there's an error where the number of CD was supposed to be.

Have you tried the search function? There have been quite a few threads, and some good advice as to ways around this problem. Alternatively go to http://www.bioware.com and look for "Known Issues" in the support sections of SoA/ToB.

If you can't find any answers to your 'error' on bioware's boards; back up your saved games and characters, remove SoA, and reinstall the game. Import your backed up saves and then try installing ToB again.

Question: Are you running any mods right now with SoA that may be incompatable with ToB?
