i might have missed something or not looked in the right place but where do i find the cerimonial arrow and the cerimonial shield to open the locked doors there is one door in the grave yard and one in black lakes in punkin's house behind the bookcase

Shoulda been handed to you with the quest, IIRC. Check back in the opening tomb.

The quest is given to you in the temple, cant remember the name of the guy who gives them to you.

There are 3 tombs, and 4 items. You need the arrow/shield/sword to open the tombs.

You will find these items in the first district you are suppose to visit (i believe its the penisulla)
