I really don't know how to activate the teleport(Ualiar's circle), even though I have got the wizard's torc fixed by Ironbar.
P.S. if I changed Jarial(who had wizards torc in his inventory) with Faeril before I went to Ironbar does that mean that I have lost the wizards torc too??????????????

Getting near the circle with the fixed Wizard Torc should have triggered the portal down to the catacombs.
If Jarial had it and was not in the party then the circle should not have opened.
Either recruit Jarial again, i do not remember if NPCs lose thier inventory if you kick them from party, or resume from a previous save when you had the Torc.

I did the same and left it in Jariels inventory. However I went back rerecruited Jariel, stole his complete inventory and then dumped him again. Once I got back to the circle it worked.
