help needed with thief levelling-up

help needed with thief levelling-up
I am currently trying to level up to 13th level thief. I have been given 13 additional thief points but I max everything out with 5 remaining (presumably because Annah trained me for some extra points) and I can't get past the level-up screen because of it. The question then is if there is someway to still level-up as a thief to get the extra hit and characteristic points, or if there is some sort of editor that I can use to lower my current thief stats?
IIRC, the skills max out at 127 (except for one). If you've already reached that, you should be able to close the screen without having to allocate additional points.
