Ok so i got the official documents and went to the temple to hire tomi to give it to him.When i started to talk to him he said dont feel like continuing and keeps saying that.How do i give them to him?
Is there a weapon or skill that likw when you kill something a creature rises from them?(like a skeleton)Cos i had a game you could do that that more you kill the stronger the creature gets.

1. After you have leveled the henchmen will talk to you again.
So if they say that they wont talk to you a couple of times, you have to wait untill you have leveled. The reason I say "a couple of times" is because if you have leveled some times, after talking to them last, it is likely that they will continue their story if you ask them again, after they "stop talking".

If you are level 5 now, and he wont continue his story any more, then yes.
As for guilds - Edwin is correct. There is only the magic guild (Guild of Many-Stared Cloak) wich you can join if a magic users.
There are, as Edwin mentions, NPCs that doesn't (imidiately) want to talk to you if you are a class they "can't use", but most can be persuaded to talk to you anyway if you skill is high enough.

Possible spoilers - Queen Morag
And other things. Queen Morag. I read through the Walkthrough as I was desperate. I'd got into the cavern, had taken in a Balor who obviously managed to kill so many things whilst I was ocnventrating on Morag.
As is my want, I cast lightning and fire and probably took out her statue by sheer chance. My henchmen etc then must have attacked her protecting people since I got to within 150 points of killing her. However, by this time I had no henchmen, no spells and whilst I had lots of healing potions, I was not scratching her scaly hide. The Walkthrough explains about her protections, yeah, great, will try that next time, BUT it also sates something about a premonition spell. Where is that? What do I do to break it?
Also, Tomi etc. do not talk to you if you are an evil character. Well, they give you a taster and then refuse to say any more. Both my major characters are Chaotic Evil and Lawful Evil and I have not finished a character quest (apart from Tomi, who gave up and handed over his ring) at all. I carried a flower for Bodyknockle for ages before despairing and dropping it. I started again with a sickeningly good character, and Tomi fell over himself to tell me his troubles. I've lost the documents already and I'd only just found them.

Oh well, don't know what they were going on about, but I defeated her! Bit of a let down really and I think I just got lucky with some of my die rolls - she should have mashed me at one point with her time stop but something went wrong. Anyway, got through, just don't know what those doors are all about, I panicked at the end!
