Chap 1..I think

Just bought the game (had to get a new vc to play too..)

I completed the first section in the Peninsula District and then went to Beggars Nest. I defeated the main creature in that district.. got the rewards but still have a few questions...
1. Never could find the young guard in the NE area
2. Could not find the mage, who's brother was waiting in the temple
3. Cannot access the Neverwinter Academy.

Any suggestions? I've run thru the district twice since defeating the monster.

Also, there is a locked door in the Snake Cult Temple on the second floor (below ground). I have the keys I found but they don't work. It says that it may be another exit from a different area.

Highlight to read

1) The young guard I'm not sure of - if you mean Toni he is dead in the graveyard area (Warrens of the Damned, a room in the SE) and you find a signed ring that you can present to the brother.

2) If it is the right one, then the mage is the dead guy in front of the blocked entrance to the graveyard in the middle of the northen part

3) The acadamy is where you start the game in the Prelude. It has been ravaged by the attack in the Prelude and thus is closed of.
You will not get in there again after the prelude

OK, found the mage and understand why I can't access the Academy.

I had found that kid Toni (or whatever)... however still can't find the guard. In the journal, his name is Walters. I was told by the guard at the Beggar's Nest gate that he was missing.

You will find Walters locked in a room/cell if you go through the warehouse.
